By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Orders
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith and are subject to change without notice. This Site sells retail consumer oral care products only and does not provide dental diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice; consult a licensed dentist for clinical concerns. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. This Site's checkout is a demonstration flow; no live payment is processed through the form presented here.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from our Auburn, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–8 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, opened oral care items such as toothbrushes and impression kits cannot be returned once used.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
- Defects covered under our 1-year device warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover normal wear such as brush head bristle fraying.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it or its related systems.
6. Intellectual Property
